By using Holify.Art (“Platform”), you consent to the practices described herein.
1. Definitions
- Platform: Holify.Art website, mobile applications, and related online services.
- User: Any individual or entity that visits, browses, registers, or uses the Platform, including Artists, Buyers, and Viewers.
- Content: Text, images, artwork, videos, audio, designs, data, or other materials uploaded, submitted, or posted by Users.
- Artist: A User who uploads or submits artwork for display, sale, or reproduction.
- Buyer: A User who purchases or makes an enquiry about artwork or reproductions.
- Administrator: Authorized Holify.Art personnel who manage, moderate, and maintain the Platform.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or accessing with parental consent. You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. Holify.Art may refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove Content at its discretion.
3. Account Registration
- You may browse the Platform without registering.
- To upload, enquire, purchase, or access account features, you must register and provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify Holify.Art immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
- You agree to use the Platform for lawful purposes only.
- You must not interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s operation, servers, or networks.
- Automated or bulk data collection (e.g., scraping) is prohibited without prior written consent.
5. User Content
- You retain ownership of any Content you upload.
- By posting Content, you grant Holify.Art an exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such Content in connection with the Platform and Holify.Art’s business.
- You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this exclusive license and that your Content does not infringe any third-party rights.
6. Intellectual Property
- The Platform’s design, layout, features, and all Holify.Art branding are the exclusive property of Holify.Art or its licensors.
- All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Holify. Art.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Upload or transmit illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringing material.
- Violate the rights of any person or entity.
- Post viruses, malware, or harmful code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other Users’ accounts.
8. Purchases and Payments

- Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
- Payment methods accepted and transaction fees are outlined during checkout. Holify.Art is not responsible for third-party payment processor errors.

- Holify.Art does not endorse, warrant, or assume liability for third-party content or practices. Use at your own risk.
10. Disclaimers

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holify.Art and its officers, directors, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Holify.Art, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your Content, or your use of the Platform.

Holify.Art may suspend or terminate your access and remove your Content at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

Holify.Art reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms on the Platform and update the Effective Date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vijayawada / Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
