2. Consent & Display Rights
I grant Holify.Art a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to publicly display and promote the artwork(s) listed above across its website, social channels, and curated communications.
I retain full ownership and copyright of my work.
This license permits non-commercial display and promotional use only. Holify.Art shall seek separate written approval for any commercial use beyond what is outlined here.
3. No Monetary Commitment
I understand and agree that:
• Holify.Art will not offer monetary compensation, royalties, or fees for showcasing my artwork(s).
• Should an enquiry be generated through the platform: • Holify.Art will notify me promptly. • The enquiry will be treated as a one-time opportunity. • I reserve full discretion to accept, reject, or negotiate terms. • Holify.Art will not be involved in pricing, transactions, delivery, or contractual execution.
4. Intellectual Property & Warranty
I affirm that:
• I am the sole creator and legal rights holder of the submitted artwork(s).
• My work does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property or moral rights.
• I have full authority to enter this Agreement and grant the permissions outlined herein.
5. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold Holify.Art harmless from any legal claims, disputes, or liabilities arising from inaccuracies, ownership issues, or infringement challenges related to the submitted artwork(s).
6. Termination & Platform Discretion
This Agreement becomes effective on the date of signing and remains valid unless revoked.
I may withdraw my consent by providing 15 days’ written notice , upon which Holify.Art will remove my artwork(s) within 30 calendar days.
Holify.Art reserves the sole discretion to:
• Display, in whole or in part, any works submitted by the Artist on its website and/or associated digital platforms for purposes including but not limited to promotion, exhibition, or sale.
• Remove, in whole or in part, any works submitted by the Artist from its website and/or associated digital platforms, at any time, without prior notice.
• Decline to accept, host, or display any works that, in its sole opinion, contain content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, promotes hate, incites violence, or is likely to offend cultural, religious, or community sentiments.
Holify.Art retains the right to remove or archive any submitted artwork at its editorial discretion, including after consent. I will be notified via email within 30 working days of such curatorial decisions, except in cases where immediate removal is warranted under the prohibited content clause.
7. Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India , and all disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Vijayawada / Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
8. Others
a. Credit Attribution
Holify.Art will display my name alongside each artwork, except in collage-style or space-limited promotional formats.
b. Promotional Use Permission
I consent to Holify.Art featuring my artwork(s) across newsletters, social media, and exhibitions for promotional purposes—with credit.
c. Format & Resolution Responsibility
I am responsible for submitting display-ready image files (JPEG, PNG, or WebP) at recommended resolution.
d. Exclusive Listing Option (opt-in)
I choose to exclusively showcase the submitted artwork(s) on Holify.Art for a period of
e.Technical Compliance — Artist ensures all works meet current technical specifications; non compliant files may be rejected or removed.
f.Third Party Rights Warranty & Indemnity — Artist warrants originality and indemnifies Holify.Art against infringement claims.
g.Right to Modify Presentation — Holify.Art may resize, crop, watermark, or adjust digital presentation for brand or security purposes without altering the essence of the work.
h.Suspension for Breach — Breach of agreement allows Holify.Art to suspend display without prejudice to legal remedies.
9. Signature & Acceptance
By signing below, I confirm my understanding and acceptance of all applicable terms.
